We believe the team environment provides each cyclist with a sense of belonging and the ability to support each other both in cycling and socially.

 

We want cyclists to be a part of our team because they want to be. All we ask in return is for them to be loyal to the team, the sponsors, and trust that they do their best. 

 

At all levels each cyclist has their own ambition and we offer support and encouragement to achieve these ambitions. We are not involved in individual coaching but can offer support and guidance for individual athletes as needed.

 

We have recognised that there appears to be a “void” for many of those moving from junior to senior ranks. Our aim is to allow for the continued growth of these maturing cyclists by offering positions in our team and giving them the opportunity to race in team and individual events locally, nationally and internationally.  

 

Whilst we expect each cyclist to be competitive and serious about their racing, at the end of the day there is the camaraderie of the team to look forward to.

 

Expressions of interest in becoming a Lawson Homes Cycling Team member are welcome. Whilst we may not always have positions immediately available, we encourage anyone who feels that they have the ability, the dedication, and who feels they would benefit from our team environment to submit a resume. Confidentiality is assured.
